Reviews Your Data Weekly

Every week before your session, your coach reviews your full Calm Score history, HRV trends, sleep data, supplement adherence, and the AI's pattern analysis. They come to your session prepared — not starting from zero.

Turns Insight Into Action

The AI identifies patterns. Your coach turns those patterns into a specific, achievable plan that fits your actual life — your schedule, your constraints, your personality. Actions you can realistically do, not ideal-condition advice.

Spots Warning Signs Early

Your coach monitors your biometric trend and will reach out proactively when something looks like it's heading the wrong way — before you feel it yourself. Early intervention, not crisis management.

Sessions are booked through the app and can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Your coach sets aside your regular slot each week. If you miss a session, it can be carried over to the following week — we never charge for a session you didn't attend.

The Process

How Coach Matching Works

Being matched with the right coach matters more than any other single factor in programme success. Our matching process considers your lifestyle, goals, communication preferences, and nervous system profile.

Profile Questionnaire

During sign-up, you complete a short lifestyle, goals, and communication preferences questionnaire. This takes about 5 minutes and shapes your entire matching profile.

Baseline Assessment

Your first two weeks of biometric data build your nervous system baseline — this is also used to refine your coach match, pairing you with someone whose expertise aligns with your specific patterns.

Match & Introduction

Within 48 hours of sign-up, you're introduced to your matched coach. You receive a personal introduction message and book your first session. You can request a different coach at any time, no questions asked.

Ongoing Relationship

Your coach relationship is designed to deepen over time. The longer you're on the programme, the more your coach understands you — and the more targeted and effective their guidance becomes.

Coaching FAQ

Is this coaching confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with your coach is completely confidential. Your coach cannot share your information with anyone — including your employer, family members, or Neural Calm staff — without your explicit written consent. The only exception is a mandatory safeguarding obligation in the case of serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Neural Calm coaching is goal-focused and data-informed — it focuses on your nervous system health, stress resilience, and daily habits. It is not therapy and is not intended to treat clinical mental health conditions. If your coach believes you would benefit from clinical support, they will say so clearly and can provide referral guidance.
Can I change my coach?

Yes, at any time and for any reason. Just contact our team or request a change in the app. We will handle the transition smoothly and ensure your new coach has full context of your history and goals. There is no limit to the number of times you can request a change.
Is coaching available on the Essentials plan?

Dedicated 1:1 coaching is available on the Complete plan (£89/month). The Essentials plan includes AI-guided insights and access to group community sessions. To access a dedicated personal coach, you'll need the Complete plan.
What if I miss a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no cost. If you miss a session without notice, we do not charge you for it — your coach will reach out to reschedule. We want the programme to work around your life, not add to your stress.
