Component 03 of 04
Not a Fitness Tracker. A Nervous System Monitor.
Every sensor in the Neural Calm Band is specifically selected and calibrated for autonomic nervous system monitoring — not step counting, not calorie estimation, not general fitness metrics.
The result is a biometric picture that is precise enough to be clinically meaningful — and sensitive enough to detect the early warning signals of stress overload before you consciously feel them.

Can I swim with the band?
+
Yes. The Band is water-resistant to 5ATM (50 metres), making it fully safe for swimming, showering, and most water sports. We do not recommend high-pressure water activities such as diving or jet-skiing.
Does it work during sleep?
+
Yes — the Band is designed for 24/7 wear including sleep. Overnight is actually when it captures some of its most valuable data: sleep stage classification, overnight HRV recovery, respiratory rate patterns, and skin temperature cycles. Many users find the sleep data the most revealing part of the programme.
Does exercise affect the readings?
+
The Band's signal processing uses the accelerometer data to apply motion artefact correction during exercise. During high-intensity exercise, the PPG signal may be affected — the app will flag any time windows where data quality fell below our reliability threshold. Post-exercise recovery data (30–60 min after activity) is particularly valuable for nervous system assessment.
How long does the battery last?
+
5 days of continuous, full-sensor monitoring on a single charge. The Band charges wirelessly in approximately 60 minutes. You'll receive a low-battery notification in the app when charge drops below 20%, giving you plenty of time to charge before any data gaps occur.
The Band is included in every Neural Calm Programme.
Essentials and Complete plans both include the Band at no extra cost.
